1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service availability, and external factors beyond our control.
  • Delays may occur during public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions.

2. Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We ship all orders through our registered courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and the name of our courier partner via SMS or email.
  • You can track your shipment by visiting the courier partner’s website and entering the AWB number in the tracking section.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 899.
  • For orders below INR 899, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your location.

4. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at the provided address.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to us, and your order will be considered canceled.
  • To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that you provide:
    • A complete and accurate shipping address (including zip code).
    • A valid and active mobile number for delivery updates and coordination.

5. Cancellation & Order Modification

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to modify your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

6. Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for shipping within India, including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, Rupay, and more.
  • Net Banking: Available across major banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected pin codes (COD charges may apply).

7. Public Holiday & Peak Season Delays

  • Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended around public holidays, national events, or peak shopping seasons due to increased demand.
  • We appreciate your patience and assure you that we work closely with our courier partners to minimize delays.
